Filming during the Summer Gathering

Just a quick note to let you know that KIRKBI Communication/M2 Film will be filming during our summer gathering to capture the atmosphere of the day and to celebrate the upcoming Olympics and Paralympics in Paris. The film will be used internally at KIRKBI, on KIRKBI’s LinkedIn page, and possibly also on DIF’s external channels.

The filming will only take place during the ‘Games’ and the afternoon.

Don’t want to be in the film? No problem. You can grab a sticker at the summer gathering and wear it on your clothes. This will let the film crew know to avoid filming you. We’ll remind everyone at the start of the event and hand out stickers.

You might also be asked if you are interested in giving a short interview during the day. Your consent will be requested, and please feel free to say no.
